Shipping policy

All items in stock are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Jewelry that is custom made at the customer's request will be shipped within 72 hours of receiving the order, unless parts that are being used must be ordered separately.

In the latter case, a suitable delivery time will be agreed upon in consultation with the customer.
